I have a feeling that a lot of people who complain about this stuff have only been to Commerce for their LA experience and are comparing to Vegas or other places.
Player-base is also pretty much standard issue for LA.
Plus it's (generally) free, so there's that.įloormen are no better or worse than anywhere else. It's just food, some OK some bad, it helps to know how to order. The food at the tables isn't either unreal (dumbest thing said on the interwebs ever) or inedible. At least more promising than the 496517431650 other restaurant concepts that have failed in that spot. changed the restaurant into a deli, which appears promising. a real bar, where fights only occasionally break out a new restroom that doesn't make it feel like you're in a public park At least though they've made these positive moves recently: They are finally putting in some capital improvements, but so far the money appears to be being spent by people with an LOL sense of design. It's not the cleanest place on earth but for a joint that big it would be asking alot. Comfort-wise it's tolerable, but there's a pretty big range between the comfort and experience of someone playing the lowest limits vs someone at the highest. There's nothing particularly nice about the place. I've often thought of it as the WalMart of poker so whoever said Sam's Club is right there. Well I guess I have to pipe in about Commerce with affirmations/rebuttals since I'm a regular there.
